Letter from Father Storey and Principal Andrew Legler with information regarding Curé of Ars School enrollment: Letter

• New Family Application Form (for families new to Curé) 

• New Student Enrollment Form (Required for each child new to Curé)  Please note that a copy of your child’s Birth Certificate and Baptismal Certificate is required for registration.

• Preschool Class Selection Form if applicable

• Kansas Certificate of Immunization-Required by the State of Kansas for any student entering a Kansas school for the first time

• A non-refundable enrollment fee will be collected at the time of registration. See more about tuition and fees here.
